Happy Neay Year to everyone. I can only hope that this year will be better than the last. As I scroll through Facebook and Instagram I see everyone complaining about 2021 and yes there were some things that were not amazing but I have decided to look on the bright side and see the good. We all had good things in 2021. To start we actually took a leap of faith and signed our contract with an agency and start our journey to becoming dads. For us, that was probably one of the biggest moments in our lives. We are signing a contract with an agent outside of our home country to give them tens of thousands of dollars in hopes to have a baby. Yeah, a BIG deal!
For a little catch up on our progress. After the PGS testing results came back we had one viable embryo and it is a boy. We immediately contacted our coordinator and said we wanted to transfer that embryo. We tried for a December transfer but the clinic closes December 15th- January 3rd so we did not make that cut off and there were not enough surrogates that were ready for the transfer. So when the clinic opens back up on Monday they will start prepping surrogates for late January transfers and we should be in that group. Fingers crossed!
